In its reception capacity of approximately 620 berths, the port will be mostly destined to large boats (from a minimum of 12 meters up to 70 meters and above, with a high concentration between 18 and 36 meters ), thanks to the generous depth of 12 meters. The structure will qualify as 'green port' thanks to the adoption of innovative and unusual measures and technologies in respect to the environment, economy and energetic production. The opening of the new structure is expected for the end of 2014, while marketing and the reservation campaign will be launched at the end of 2010.
