The construction of the Estensi Marina derives from a P.R.G.C. variation requested from the Comacchio Hall designed to a better rationalization of the territory's berths and above all to respond to an always rising request for nautical structures that can host pleasure boats. Therefore, it is a public initiative project but made by individuals who became real pioneers in an industry that had no equal in the territory. The difficulties were not few but many were also the satisfactions, just to name one, perhaps the most striking, was the lawsuit won from the Soc. The Estensi Marina Harbor Ltd. Towards with the actions against the state proves the non state-ownership port and the entire surrounding area. This ruling made the Estensi Marina one of the few private Italian Ports that therefore allowed them to distinguish itself from other reality with a real showpiece.
